2. Scope and applicability
This Return Policy applies to purchases of physical goods (including Digestaventa and other products) made through the website dhorxellvyshrelu.ddd. It describes the conditions under which you may return products, the process for doing so, and how refunds are handled. 3. Return eligibility and time limits
3.1 General right to return
Subject to the conditions below, you may return most unopened or unused products within a specified period after delivery. We offer a return window of 14 (fourteen) days from the date you receive the product, unless a longer period is required by law in your state or jurisdiction. Within this period, you may return the product for a refund or exchange in accordance with this policy, provided the product is in its original condition (unopened, sealed, and undamaged) and you have followed the return process described below.
3.2 Exceptions and restrictions
For reasons of hygiene and safety, we cannot accept returns of dietary supplement products (including Digestaventa) once the seal has been broken or the product has been opened or used. If the product arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us immediately; we will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or full refund as appropriate. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions in this policy or that appear to be abusive or fraudulent.
3.3 Extended or mandatory periods

4. How to request a return
To request a return:

- Receive instructions: We will confirm receipt of your request and send you instructions for returning the product, including the return address and any reference or RMA number to include with the shipment.
- Ship the product: Pack the product securely in its original packaging if possible, and ship it to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of shipment. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or defective item).
- Inspection and refund: Once we receive and inspect the product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will process the refund as described in section 5.
Returns that are sent without prior contact or without following our instructions may experience delays in processing. We are not responsible for return shipments that are lost in transit; using trackable shipping is at your benefit.
5. Refunds

5.3 Non-refundable amounts

6. Exchanges

We will treat the return of the original product in accordance with this policy and, if the exchange product is available, we can process a new order at the current price. 7. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
